Casa Escocesa is a beautiful oceanfront villa located on a sandy beach on Tankah, just north of Tulum on the Mayan Riviera. Turtles nest on the beach from May to September. The villa boasts a high quality finish-out and is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings. It has approximately 4,000 sq.ft. of living area, 1,000 sq.ft. of covered terraces overlooking the ocean, and a sparkling 30' ocean side swimming pool. Casa Escocesa features an enormous gourmet kitchen with large island, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The 4 bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, two with flat panel TVs and offer gorgeous views of the Caribbean. The large living room comfortably seats up to 12 people. The spacious den upstairs has a 50” Plasma TV, desk/computer, and exercise area with treadmill.
